Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wapzi, the customer and authorized users agree to these Terms of Use and to the policies applicable to the platform.
2. Service Object
Wapzi offers a platform for service, automation, AI agents, CRM, integrations, communication channels, and related features to support commercial and support operations.
3. Registration and Access
- The customer is responsible for keeping registration data correct and updated.
- Users must protect credentials, API keys, and administrative access.
- Activities performed in the account will be attributed to the customer, unless misuse caused by a failure attributable to Wapzi is proven.
4. Platform and API Use
- Do not use the platform for illegal, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent purposes, or purposes that violate third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or resources without authorization.
- Do not compromise platform availability, security, or integrity.
- Comply with integrated-channel rules, including messaging policies, social networks, AI providers, and external APIs.
5. Customer Content and Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for content, bases, documents, messages, integrations, settings, prompts, flows, and data entered or connected to the platform, as well as reviewing automated responses when necessary.
6. AI and Automated Responses
AI features may generate responses with variation, limitations, or a need for human validation. The customer must configure rules, review behavior, and use human support when the nature of the operation requires it.
7. Availability and Maintenance
Wapzi seeks high availability but may perform maintenance, improvements, updates, and technical adjustments. Interruptions may also occur due to third parties, external channels, AI providers, infrastructure, or integrations configured by the customer.
8. Intellectual Property
The platform, brands, interfaces, code, flows, documentation, and other Wapzi elements belong to Wapzi or its licensors. The customer retains ownership of its own data and content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wapzi will not be responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss due to third-party failure, platform misuse, incorrect settings, or decisions made solely based on automated responses.
10. Suspension and Termination
Wapzi may suspend or terminate access in case of non-payment, violation of these Terms, abusive use, security risk, legal order, or a need to protect the platform and third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Continued use after publication of a new version means acceptance of the updated terms.
